What payment methods does Toyjeanius accept?
For your convenience we currently accept three different payment methods: Secure online card processing through PayPoint.net (Secpay has been rebranded as PayPoint.net), cheques and postal orders. Toyjeanius never sees your credit/debit card number! Please ensure when paying through PayPoint.net that you return to Toyjeanius after your payment has been processed - this should happen automatically, but you are given the option to return if this fails. This is very important as it is at this stage that your order will be confirmed and an order number generated.
What does Toyjeanius charge for delivery?
Standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses is now just £4.95 per order. (excluding postcodes listed in our delivery information).
Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight starts at £5.95 per order.
Are all toys listed on Toyjeanius in stock?
Everything on our website is in stock now and ready for despatch. If you see an item that you really want, please bear in mind that we may only have one or two of a particular item at any one time. If an item does sell out you will see a currently out of stock notice and will be unable to add that toy to your basket. If an item that you require is showing as out of stock, please contact us so that we can manually check our stock levels.
Do I need to register with Toyjeanius to start shopping?
We have listened to what our customers have had to say about this and you no longer need to set up an account when buying from us. If opinion on this changes we may make this an optional feature, so please continue to let us know your thoughts!
Are cookies required?
No! A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. If you reject all cookies some ecommerce websites will be unable to keep track of the items in your shopping cart. If you do not have cookies enabled Toyjeanius will automatically change the way the shopping cart works and therefore allows full use of the site.

Payment:Shopping with us is 100% secure. All payments are processed by Secpay using their secure server. Toyjeanius never sees your credit/debit card number! We accept all major credit and debit cards, and are happy to receive cheques and postal orders.
Delivery:Standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses is now just £4.95 per order. (exclusions apply) Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight starts at £5.95 per order.
Most orders require a signature on delivery for insurance purposes. We use Royal Mail for small items. Heavy items and multiple purchases are sent using a 1-3 working day courier service.
