How do I pay for my order?

We currently accept three different payment methods: Secure online card processing through PayPoint.net (Secpay has been rebranded as PayPoint.net), cheques and postal orders. Toyjeanius never sees your credit/debit card number! When you choose to pay by Debit or credit card you will be taken to Paypoint.net before you are asked to enter any payment information. Please ensure when paying by card that you return to Toyjeanius after your payment has been processed - this should happen automatically, but you are given the option to return if this fails. This is very important as it is at this stage that your order will be confirmed and an order number generated. We will always send you an email acknowledging successful receipt of your order which you may want to file or print to keep for future reference.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery to mainland UK, excluding Highlands and Islands:

Orders under £10.00 - delivery charge of £3.95
Orders between £10.01 and £75.00 - delivery charge of £5.95
Orders over £75.00 - FREE DELIVERY

Delivery to Highland and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight:

Orders under £10.00 - delivery charge of £3.95
Orders over £10.00 - delivery charge of £14.95*

*Lightweight orders which can be posted via Royal Mail will only be charged at our normal rate of £5.95 - please contact us using our contact form before placing your order so that we can weigh the parcel and adjust the postage for you where possible.

How can i tell if a toy is in stock?

Most of the toys on our website are in stock now and ready for posting. If an item does sell out you will see a currently out of stock notice and will be unable to add that toy to your basket. If an item that you require is showing as out of stock, please contact us so that we can manually check our stock levels and advise you of the date we are expecting to receive a delivery.

Do I need to register with Toyjeanius to start shopping?

We have listened to what our customers have had to say about this and you no longer need to set up an account when buying from us. If opinion on this changes we may make this an optional feature, so please continue to let us know your thoughts!
