What payment methods does Toyjeanius accept?
For your convenience we currently accept three different payment methods: Secure online card processing through PayPoint.net (Secpay has been rebranded as PayPoint.net), cheques and postal orders. Toyjeanius never sees your credit/debit card number! Please ensure when paying through PayPoint.net that you return to Toyjeanius after your payment has been processed - this should happen automatically, but you are given the option to return if this fails. This is very important as it is at this stage that your order will be confirmed and an order number generated.
Are all toys sold by Toyjeanius new and in sealed packaging?
Toyjeanius sells a mixture of brand new toys in perfect sealed packaging, new toys in damaged packaging, unboxed items and toys that have had very light use. Some of the toys sold by us are high street shop returns, which will have been returned to the original store for a wide variety of reasons. Each item is thoroughly checked by us before being added to the website, and it will clearly state in the description whether it is new or used. The condition of the packaging will also be stated if it is not perfect. We offer a no quibble returns policy to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!
What does Toyjeanius charge for delivery?
Postage charged is based on the total weight of your order, with P & P prices starting as low as £1.95. Buy more than 1 item and you will save money on the individual prices, as the total weight of your order will be calculated during checkout. If you order several items at once, you will never be charged more than £6.95. (excluding postcodes listed in our delivery information).
Are all toys listed on Toyjeanius in stock?
Everything on our website is in stock now and ready for despatch. If you see an item that you really want, please bear in mind that we may only have one or two of a particular item at any one time. If an item does sell out you will see a currently out of stock notice and will be unable to add that toy to your basket. If an item that you require is showing as out of stock, please contact us so that we can manually check our stock levels.
Do I need to register with Toyjeanius to start shopping?
We have listened to what our customers have had to say about this and you no longer need to set up an account when buying from us. If opinion on this changes we may make this an optional feature, so please continue to let us know your thoughts!
Are cookies required?
No! A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. To keep our prices low we sell a mixture of brand new toys in perfect sealed packaging, new toys in damaged packaging, unboxed items and toys that have had very light use - the condition of each item is clearly stated in the description so you can be confident about what you are buying.
Some of the toys we sell are catalogue and high street shop returns. Often the only thing wrong with these toys when we get them is that the batteries need changing! All items are thoroughly checked by us and like everything else we sell you are covered by our no quibble returns policy.
