Toyjeanius currently only sells and delivers within the UK.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses is now just £4.95 per order
(exclusions apply)
Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight starts at £5.95 per order .
Most orders require a signature on delivery for insurance purposes. We use Royal Mail for small items, and depending on the weight use either first class, second class, recorded delivery or next day special delivery. Larger items and multiple purchases are sent using a 1-4 working day courier service.
For items over 2kg that are sent by courier, the postage quoted is for delivery in Mainland UK only, excluding the following postcodes:
Scottish Highlands & Islands: PH15-PH44, PH49, PH50, PA20-PA88, KA27 and KA28 . All IV, KW, ZE and HS postcodes. (postcodes can vary between couriers)
The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland will also incur higher carrier costs for all parcels over 2kg.
Please note that our carrier levies these additional charges. Parcels under 2kg sent via Royal Mail are not affected.
Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. If for any reason your order is delayed we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.
Toyjeanius will always send an email to let you know your order has been processed and despatched, and to provide tracking details. At the same time we will also let you know how long your parcel should take to arrive, based on the service used.
Lost parcels
If your parcel has been sent by courier and does not arrive within 4 working days of shipping, please contact us using the form below.
If your parcel has been sent via Royal Mail and does not arrive within 7 working days of shipping, please contact us using the form below. However, please note that Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be missing until after 2 weeks.
Damaged parcels
If your items have been damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please do not discard any damaged packaging, and if possible take a photo showing the extent of the damage. If you sign for your parcel and can see that it has been damaged, please make a note of this by your signature.
Delivery to an address not registered to the cardholder
Delivery can only be made to the address registered to your credit/debit card account for your first transaction with us. Once we have delivered successfully to this address we are happy for you to specify delivery to alternative addresses with future orders. Toyjeanius is committed to keeping fraudulent transactions to a minimum, and hope that our customers understand and appreciate this.

Packaging and the environment
As part of our commitment to the environment, Toyjeanius is working to reduce the quantity of packaging material we use and to re-use packaging whenever possible.
Your parcels may arrive in clean boxes we have received from our suppliers, or from goods we have brought ourselves. We also make up our own boxes from large sheets of clean card, which would otherwise be thrown away by local shops. The cardboard can then be recycled in ‘green’ bins provided by local authorities, composted at home or taken to your local recycling centre.
We also re-use polystyrene chips and bubble wrap (with all bubbles intact) to pad out any boxes that would otherwise be rattling around during delivery.

Payment:Shopping with us is 100% secure. All payments are processed by Secpay using their secure server. Toyjeanius never sees your credit/debit card number! We accept all major credit and debit cards, and are happy to receive cheques and postal orders.
